Rosie Harris is a Certified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Her friendly, accessible approach reflects her many years of experience and the aims of MBSR. She is qualified in Mindfulness-Based Approaches with a Specialism in MBSR.

Rosie is trained by the Mindfulness Network in association with Bangor University, UK, as well as a qualified Mindfulness in Schools Paws B teacher. She is trained in Counselling Skills, Child Development, Community Education and Youth Work.
